I build browser-based audio tools that bridge music and technology — with a deep focus on accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing musicians. 10+ years as a professional musician, 3+ years building production-grade audio software.
A precise browser-based chromatic tuner with real-time pitch detection, visual feedback, and haptic response via the Vibration API. Built accessibility-first for deaf and hard-of-hearing musicians.
Professional drum tuning in the browser. Microphone-based frequency analysis with waveform visualisation. No installation, no account — works on any device.
A fully accessible synthesizer in the browser. Oscillators, filters, envelope controls — all navigable by keyboard, readable by screen readers, and felt via haptic feedback.
Self-built band website with integrated merch shop, booking system, press kit, and embedded streaming players. Custom animations and scroll-based interactions.
A modular, browser-based toolkit that transforms audio into visual and haptic feedback — enabling deaf and hard-of-hearing musicians to fully participate in music-making. Browser-native ML for sound classification. No installation, no server, fully open source.
I'm Niki Indjov — a professional musician turned audio developer, based in Berlin. I've been performing and recording music for over a decade (KSK member, Pol'and'Rock Festival, 188 live recordings), and I build browser-based audio tools that solve real problems I encounter as a musician.
My niche is the intersection that most developers can't cover: deep musical intuition combined with technical audio engineering. When I build a tuner, I know what a musician actually needs. When I design accessibility features, I think about the deaf drummer who can't feel the pitch — not just the checkbox.
I'm looking for roles at companies building music technology — audio tools, DAWs, music platforms, accessibility products. Berlin-based, open to remote and hybrid. Check out my work at indjoov.com.
Open to full-time roles, freelance projects, and collaborations in audio technology, creative development, and accessibility engineering.
